Refund policy
Return and Exchange Policy:
Customers have the right to return or exchange items within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that the product has not been customized according to the customer’s request, has not been used, and has not been benefited from. The consumer will bear any associated costs, such as shipping fees.
Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:
- All returned products must be in good condition with the original labels attached.
- The return or exchange must occur within 14 days from the date of receipt.
- We do not accept returns of products that have been damaged due to misuse. We reserve the right to accept returns of products that do not meet the criteria mentioned above.
- Customized items, made according to the customer’s request, cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Procedure:

- The issue with the order will be reviewed, and approval for return or exchange will be provided.
- After confirming that the products are in good condition, the product will either be exchanged or the amount refunded within a maximum of 14 days.
Cancellation Procedure:
- Contact our customer service team at Harir.
- Customized products made according to the customer’s request cannot be canceled.
