Shipping policy

Shipping:

Orders are delivered via shipping companies to the address provided or through a delivery representative.

The customer will be contacted on the scheduled delivery day to coordinate the delivery time with the shipping representative.

The delivery time is 5 business days (Fridays and Saturdays are public holidays and are not counted as working days).

We offer shipping to any governorate within the Arab Republic of Egypt. Shipping costs are determined based on the product and the delivery address.

In some cases, we may need to contact you to request an advance payment or deposit before shipping the order in order to confirm the order.
